An independent review of an existing AI/ML architecture, its technical risks, quality bottlenecks, and operational costs.
Model and infrastructure selection
Choose models, retrieval components, deployment architecture, and infrastructure without paying for capacity the product does not need.
End-to-end delivery
Architecture, PoC/MVP, critical implementation, integrations, evaluation, deployment, observability, and production iteration.
How I work
First, I clarify the result the project must deliver.
Then I prepare an implementation plan and identify the quality gates: the critical points that determine whether the hypothesis is viable and the tests that can validate them within your constraints.
The riskiest assumptions are checked before the rest of the system is built.
Acceptance-based payment
For self-contained PoC/MVP engagements, I can work on an acceptance-based payment model when:
- the project does not require access to internal company systems or sensitive internal data;
- the estimated PoC/MVP scope fits within three weeks.
You pay after accepting the agreed result.
If the result is not accepted, you pay nothing and the rights to the work remain with me.
